If you purchase a Backporch Naturals product directly through our website, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date if you try the product and are not satisfied with it.
You do not need to keep the product unopened or unused to qualify.
We encourage you to actually try Backporch Naturals as directed. Reasonable use of the product for the purpose of evaluating whether it works for you will not disqualify you from the guarantee.

For an approved claim, we will refund the amount actually paid for the applicable product, together with applicable sales tax.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, duties, and similar delivery charges are not refundable unless:

The product was damaged before or during delivery
Applicable law requires otherwise
The amount refunded will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product.
For discounts, bundles, free-item promotions, or similar offers, the refund may be calculated based on the amount actually allocated to or paid for the applicable product.

Products that have been reasonably used in accordance with their directions are also eligible.

Do not send products to this address until your return has been approved. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Approved returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
You may use:
The original shipping box or packaging in which the product was delivered; or
Any appropriately sized shipping box or packaging that safely protects the returned product during transit
Original packaging is not required unless we specifically tell you otherwise as part of your return instructions.
You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.
For ordinary returns made under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee because you tried the product and were not satisfied, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping when we require the product to be returned.

Products purchased through Amazon, retail stores, marketplaces, distributors, crowdfunding platforms, or other third-party sellers are generally subject to that seller's return and refund policies unless Backporch Naturals expressly states otherwise.
Gift cards and other stored-value products are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We do not guarantee direct product exchanges.
If you want a different product, the fastest option is generally to request a return or refund for the eligible product and place a separate order for the replacement product.
If an item was defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped, we may provide a replacement directly.
