How it works
Add water and a Mosquito Pod to your Station. The Pod breaks down and slowly releases plant-powered actives into the Station water. When mosquitoes use the Station as breeding water, the Pod kills larvae before they become flying adults.
Pollinator-conscious design
Unlike yard-wide sprays, Backporch Naturals keeps the larvicide in Station water and targets developing mosquitoes at the larval stage. It is not a broadcast spray over flowers, bees, butterflies or dragonflies.
Who are we
Like many families, we had a beautiful backyard we couldn’t enjoy because mosquitoes drove us indoors. We wanted an effective option that did not rely on yard-wide spraying, smoke or skin-applied repellents.
